This hotel is situated in a great location, right opposite the narrow gauge station. It's also just a short walk to the main rail station, making it really convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely pine furniture. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Convenient location, friendly and multilingual staff, comfortable and clean room, excellent facilities, adjacent to a thermal spa hotel and park, enjoyable narrow gauge train excursion.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with a lovely thermal spa nearby and a charming narrow-gauge railway station just across the street. The Christmas decorations added to the festive atmosphere. The cozy room was equipped with a small fridge, perfect for our snacks and refreshments.
Some of the staff members lacked customer service skills and were not very friendly. We encountered one particularly grumpy and unaccommodating person who made our stay uncomfortable.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including having a small refrigerator in the room. The location opposite the narrow-gauge station and nearby park and restaurant were convenient. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages.

Loved the location of this cozy accommodation! It was a stone's throw away from both the railway stations, making it incredibly convenient and accessible. the quiet and comfortable rooms were well decorated, and the facilities provided were of great quality. Adding to this, the charming and friendly owners of the property spoke excellent English and German. Lastly, the nearby thermal spa hotel and park provided excellent opportunities for a relaxing and refreshing break.
Although it was a minor issue, one of the wall sockets in our room was not properly secured. It would have been great to have cooked eggs for breakfast like some other guests, but we were left wanting.
